We want to help you find a home. So we only say what we can measure, and you see the price before you pay. This is how we work.
How we measure
95+ sources: landlords, housing companies and their agents
We fetch the homes from the landlord, from the housing company's own letting system or from the agent the landlord chose. Portals that are not landlords themselves are blocked as a source in the code. Measured 25/09 at 17:52: 0 homes from blocked sources.
Gone at the landlord, gone here
When a home disappears from the landlord's site, we mark it as rented instead of leaving it up as available.
“Typically gone in X days”
The median number of days homes in the city stayed on the landlord's site before they disappeared. Measured over the last 90 days, and only shown when at least 20 homes carry the number.
Fair price
The home's price per m² against the median of active homes in the city. We only show the mark when the home is at least 15% below, and never an “above” mark.
New homes are cross-checked
We check new homes against the landlord's own listing: price, size, address and whether the same home appears twice. Anything that does not add up is looked at by a person.

The whole home is free to see
Photos, price, amenities, city and favourites cost nothing.

What you pay for is contact with the landlord. No intro price, no trial that turns into something else.
We charge per month, not per 28 days
That is 12 charges a year, not 13.
Price and commitment before you pay
The price, the renewal and “no commitment” stand above the pay button, and you tick the box yourself before anything is charged.
Cancel with one click
Log in, go to Subscription, tap “Cancel membership” and confirm. Renewal stops, and you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for.
What we never do
- Charge you to see a home. You see the whole home before you decide.
- Hide the price or the commitment in the small print.
Why we write this
Finding a rental home is hard, and you should be able to trust what you read. DR Kontant showed in September how rental homes are used as hotels. In May, the Danish Consumer Ombudsman reported a company to the police for hiding an expensive subscription behind a cheap start. We want to be the opposite: clear about price, quick to help, and honest about what we do not know.
