You pay 72,500 DKK when you move in: deposit 43,500 DKK + prepaid rent 14,500 DKK + the first month's rent 14,500 DKK. On top of that comes 1,200 DKK on account for utilities for the first month.

Deposit

Security for the landlord. You get the money back when you move out, minus what it costs to restore the home, if anything.

Prepaid rent

Rent paid in advance. It covers the last months' rent when you move out one day.

Utilities on account

An advance on heating and water. It is paid every month on top of the rent and settled once a year: use less and you get money back, use more and you pay the rest.

The median number of days homes here stayed on the landlord's site before they disappeared. Measured over the last 90 days, and only shown when at least 20 homes carry the number.

“Below the typical price per m²”

We compare the home's price per m² with the median of the active homes in the city. The mark is only shown when the home is at least 15% below, and only when the city has at least 20 homes to count. We never put an “above” mark on a home.
